Stanley Marketplace – The Hangar Wednesday, May 26 from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Your Junior Class parents are excited to present this year’s banquet, honoring the class of 2021! We will be back at The Hangar this year where it will provide a stunning and safe backdrop to celebrate our students.

Doors will open at The Hangar from 5:00 pm, and our dinner action stations open at 6 pm.

The Hangar is a large, open venue within Stanley Marketplace that will have one side of doors open to the outside. We are organizing this warehouse space with seating at round tables. Round tables will be set 6 ft apart and there will be 6 people allowed at each table. As our guests of honor, Seniors will have center seating at a long banquet table, with their families seated behind them in reserved round tables. 6th-11th grade students will sit in year-groups, and families will choose seats on arrival that are generally grouped behind by the year of their student. All guests will be required to wear masks except when you are eating/ drinking at your table or speaking at the mic.

The dinner is catered by Stanley Marketplace’s 5 star covid rated catering service, Mondo Catering. Dinner will include a variety of dishes from some of the amazing restaurants within Stanley Marketplace that should suit any diet. Servers will be masked, covid vaccinated and covid tested. Servers will serve food from several different action stations. As we are conveniently located in a Marketplace with a variety of shops and cafés, other food is always available for purchase*.

*We must adhere to DPS regulations involving no alcohol in the presence of minors. Alcohol cannot be consumed within the Hangar banquet venue.

Checks should be deposited in the labeled “2021 Theatre Banquet Box” in the Front Office, accompanied by this form. Please make checks out to DPS with the total dollar amount for attendees noted above, including your student(s).

Your Theatre Banquet checklist:

  1. Determine your number of attendees. Fill out Google form if payingeither by Venmo or check/cash.
  2. If paying by check or cash. Fill in the paper form and attach a check made out to DPS, delivering it to the “2021 Theatre Banquet Box” in Front Office by Friday, May 14th, also fill out Google form. If paying by Venmo use @Amy-Silvesky and fill out the Google form by Friday, May 14th.
  3. Send a reminder to all your family/guests to mark their calendars for May, 27th at 5pm.
  4. Get ready to celebrate our 2021 Seniors and our survivalist theatre department!
